Main Street Cafe Bar & Grill is a Mediterranean flavored cafe located in the historic district of downtown Lexington, South Carolina next to the old court house. Main Street Cafe is owned and operated by the Trifos family since 1998.

Many of our recipes are influenced by our Greek families culinary heritage. Our menu mainly consists of Greek Mediterranean, European and Continental cuisine.
Experience intimate and casual dining, with a diverse wine menu featuring Californian, Mediterranean and European selections.
We have a bar connected to the cafe which has nightly specials on liquor and beer, and if you want to nibble on a little something, we have a eclectic Bar Bite Menu with a little something for everyone!
